A bipartisan, bicameral legislative agency that serves as a resource for rural policy within the Pennsylvania General Assembly.


Cochrane Library: Evidence-Based Medical Resources  
Full-text library of reviews of health care interventions and treatment plans, meant to help health care providers and patients make appropriate and informed decisions. All reviews and reports are full-text and updated quarterly. Most reports include a summary of one or more treatment option, a literature review of research on that treatment, and a compilation of research findings and statistical evidence.


CQ Almanac

The CQ Almanac offers original analysis and data on major legislation and political dates during each Congressional session back to 1945.


CQ Congress Collection

DSM-IV Multiaxial System (PSYweb.com)  
This is not the complete DSM-IV, but it does provide a good bit of information about and from it. You can look up diagnoses, codes, and axis information. PSYweb.com includes other useful psychology resources.

Psychiatric Disorders at ALLPSYCH Online  
A helpful introduction to DSM-IV. Although not the full-text, it covers over 60 adult psychiatric disorders and 8 personality disorders, as well as the names and DSM codes for over 150 disorders.
