DSM-IV Multiaxial System (PSYweb.com)  
This is not the complete DSM-IV, but it does provide a good bit of information about and from it. You can look up diagnoses, codes, and axis information. PSYweb.com includes other useful psychology resources.

The online MMY provides coverage from Volume 9 (1985) to the present. Use the "alternate access" links to search the Tests in Print database with MMY or by itself. Psychiatric Disorders at ALLPSYCH Online  
A helpful introduction to DSM-IV. Although not the full-text, it covers over 60 adult psychiatric disorders and 8 personality disorders, as well as the names and DSM codes for over 150 disorders.
